Description

The Elk Hair Caddis Traditional Dry Fly is a great classic of fly fishing, hand-tied in Italy according to the traditional pattern. The set of 3 flies imitates adult caddisflies (sedge), unmissable insects on our waters and much appreciated by trout.

The elk hair wing and the palmer hackle provide excellent floatability and outstanding hold even in fast current and broken water, where many dry flies tend to sink. The tent-shaped profile is easily visible and withstands numerous catches.

Available in hook sizes from #10 to #16, it’s a versatile dry fly for rivers and streams.
